New Job

I am still alive and kicking. Just been busy. My old computer, that came on Noah's ark, was on its last legs. I bought a new one.. at Wal-Mart of all places. That is a first for me. I like it. It has Vista and I downloaded open office ... on fixed income now so can't get the expensive stuff any more. Still haven't tried downloading any pictures. Rather apprehensive since my Quicken wouldn't load. Oh dear... I seem to be using a lot of name brands. Wonder if that is a no-no. But then, the only one who reads this is my sister, so I am safe.

I changed jobs and I love my new job. I am back in education again. I am the site coordinator for the after-school program at the elementary school. This is so much fun.. and I have benefits. [Which I didn't have while working at an insurance company]

So, someday soon I will buck up and try to download some pictures. Mary has been carrying her camera places because it is smaller than mine; but she forgets to share her pictures. Time to start using the camera again.
